  Water is a basic need of every individual. Our cell also contains 60% of water. So it's impossible to imagine life without water. It also helps us to solve so many health issues. 



How water forms:-

The chemical formula of water is H2O. That means two hydrogens and one oxygen atom are required to make each molecule of water. Simply, we can say that hydrogen and oxygen are mixed and form water.

Importance of drinking water:-

It's very important because our body needs 70% of water. we have to consume enough water to prevent dehydration. Dehydration is a situation when our body exhales more amount of water level than the actual consumption. So water level in our body becomes low in that situation and this condition can lead to brain swelling, kidney problem, etc, because water plays a major role in our body cells and muscles, organs to working properly. 

Here are some symptoms of dehydration, headache, feeling dryness inside the mouth, feeling tired, dizziness, pee color changes into dark yellow. Drinking too much water can also be harmful to your health. overdrinking of water will also lead to water intoxication. when the amount of salt (sodium) is very low in the body then the problem that occurs is hyponatremia in this case water moves into cells from blood and makes them swell. This is a very serious problem when the amount of salt and electrolytes was diluted then water intoxication occurs.

Drinking water throughout the day is very beneficial but at night it may cause some problems so I advise avoiding water when you are very near to sleep time.
