Some examples of workouts:- Walking, Running, Bicycling, Gym, Yoga, Sports Activity, Swimming
Walking-
The easiest way to lose weight, and Feel more active & become attractive. To live a healthier life. Walking is also a form of exercise, It briskly can help you burn some extra calories and make your heart healthy & build stamina also.
Running -
Running is a form of both aerobic exercise and anaerobic exercise. running is a powerful exercise that affects the overall body. The definition of Running is to hit your's all body at the same time. It is also a sport. it helps for the fastest process of your metabolism, prevents fat, increases testosterone level in your body.it may result in a flat stomach fit body healthy lifestyle. keeps you in shape
Some researchers declare that if you are a light or moderate runner you may live a longer life than the person who is not doing exercise.
Bicycling:-
Riding a bicycle is known as cycling. It's commonly used for Transportation purposes But now it's also Included in sports. bicycling is a very common transport for the cover short distances and it's also a second option to save time. we can use it as an alternative to walking. But on the other hand, bicycles also have some benefits for our health. Bicycling also helps to reduce fat from our body, make our legs strong and boost metabolism.
Gym:-
Gym is a shortened name of the word Gymnastic. It takes from the Latin language the actual meaning of that word is "a place where the public comes to the practice of exercise is called Gymnastics "and the shortened name in the gym. In the gym, the ones come to performs somebody's activities to be fit. People set their body goals and trying to achieve that level with their efforts and training. the dresses should be in the gym in shorts or sweatpants. In the gym, one will focus on different muscles on the body and try their techniques to look different from the others.
Yoga:-
Yoga is an art that helps to control an individual's soul, body & Mind. With the help of yoga, we can achieve physical & mental disciplines together to Bring a Peaceful balance of mind and body. It also helps to keep you relax to manage stress and anxiety. Yoga is the best way to increase flexibility in your body and muscles. and fill more strength in individuals. Yoga is also a cure for lots of complications in our bodies.
Swimming:-
The movement of the body in the water using arms and legs is called swimming. There a lot of places are present where can swim for example- swimming pools, lakes, rivers, ponds. swimming is also a type of sport and exercise. some people swim for their joy and fun, some people swim for their exercise & increase mobility in their body. Swimming also has some types is known as "Stroke", front crawl, breaststroke, freestyle, backstroke, and butterfly.
Above all, we just talk about the benefits of the above-mentioned categories but it may also cause some harm as follows:- if the workout is good for you. it can be bad if you cross the limits for example if going for a walk normal routine we feel better & healthy but on the other hand, if we do walk 5 times more than the actual routine. Then it will cause fatigue breakdown of muscles excess of sweating leads to dehydration etc. they might be dangerous for your brain health and heart .it may cause addiction of exercise. To improve your cardiovascular health exercise will play a major role. Exercise limit can depend on your age, health, and choice of workout. Generally, the limit of moderate exercise for adults is 5-6 hours a week. limit of intense activity is 2 hours. Researchers declare that if you go above the limit it will not increase your health benefits.
A moderate or light runner person can live a long life than a person who is not doing exercise but on the other hand, a person who is running more than 3 times faster pace in a week has a similar risk of dying as a non-runner. a person will lose the health which he gained from normal running if he start over-running. Ultra Marathons like exercises which are known as extreme endurance Exercises lead to damage of the heart. maybe disturb heart rhythms. According to the expert's cardiovascular system is also damaged by extreme endurance. One study also found that the continuation of extreme exercise can cause thickening of the muscle's walls and scarring tissues of the heart.
Another study declared that if a woman were physically active at least once a week. she had fewer chances to get a heart attack & stroke if she exercised strenuously every day. Excessive exercise will not provide some extra benefits than moderate exercises. It could be risky For a female for example:- loss of menstruation, bone minerals loss, osteoporosis, and eating disorders. these issues were created while we go for calorie restriction & overexercise.
Similarly, in men, intense exercise has some issues like fatigue, decreased libido, and lower testosterone levels. over-exercise also causes tendinitis and stress fractures and the immune system can likewise suffer. moderate exercise can improve your immune system, but excessive exercise can suppress it. that means there was an open chance for infection and viruses to affect the body up to 72 hours of intense workout which may lead to respiratory infections. Wreak havoc on your body -heart, tendons, & immune system by excessive exercise. Around 1 million US people are addicted to exercise wreaking havoc in their brains.
Symptoms of exercise addiction:-
You feel anxious when the workout is missed by you. you feel exhausted when you skipped a workout. Feeling lack of control and unable to cut down on exercise is also an addiction even it's hurting you.
